Ah, Nepal- The land of the mountains. Welcome on board for an exciting adventure! After landing at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by your tour leader before heading to the hotel. After freshening up, you will take part in Meet Your Crew Session during which you will meet your fellow mates. The team will share some important information about the trek after which the evening is free for you to explore the city with your new gang! This will be topped off with a traditional Nepali dinner followed by a cultural dance show. Get a good night’s sleep because the next 14 days are gonna be one hell of an adventure or maybe have a Crew Bonding Night Out.
NOTE – The trip starts with a full-day program early morning on Day 2. Make sure you arrive anytime on Day 1 latest. If you are arriving a day before, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange your accommodation.
In the evening, enjoy an authentic dinner and behold a cultural dance show for a perfect introduction to Nepali traditions!
This morning, we will be visiting ‘Setu Nepal’ for Your Responsible Activity. It has been working as a bridge to fill up the gap between the isolated group of women and children in the Kathmandu Valley area, with care, support, education along with necessary support for rehabilitation. Indulge in activities like learning craft and pottery from the residents along with taking a tour of the transit home. You will also be taking part in a cooking activity and preparing authentic Nepali cuisine which will give you a deeper insight of the local culture. After lunch, drive to Chitwan National Park. On arrival, check into your home. Post that, you go around for a local village visit and gather exciting facts about the place! Take a good night’s sleep after dinner and prepare yourselves for the safari next morning.

This morning, pack your belongings and head to Pokhara as you travel along the Prithvi Highway, enjoying its rare twisty roads and beautiful hillsides. The trip is full of alluring temples and lakes. After a short delightful break, you will head to Mugling and stop for lunch. Post that, the journey continues to cross the Mahendra bridge and heads towards Pokhara. On arrival, check into your hotel and then take part in the orientation walk. You will also have the option to take a boat ride in the Pokhara’s famous Phewa Lake The rest of the day is free for you to Explore With Your Crew and indulge in some independent activities.! You can complete some last-minute shopping for the trek (if needed). Spend the night in Pokhara with your gang.

Ghorepani’s village retreat is pretty well-known in the trek circuit. Meet locals and let Mother Earth teach you a thing or two or maybe a hundred about travelling!
The sunrise views of the Himalayas are known to be truly extraordinary! Wake up early to witness the majestic view of the sunrise following a hike up Poon Hill. After a delicious breakfast, you start your journey towards Tadapani. You head to Deurali along the up and down trails. If you’re lucky, you will see some wild animals such as ‘langur’ monkeys climbing up the trees. Be cautious as they are always up for some mischief! After crossing Deurali, continue the trek towards Banthanthi. Following lunch, keep trekking through the beautiful rhododendron forests along the stone stairs to reach Tadapani. The evening is free for you to roam around with your mates. Spend the night in Tadapani.
This morning, following your breakfast continue you trek, now to Chhomrong. On arrival, you have the rest of the day free to enjoy the scenic beauty of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machupacharre from here with your new mates! There are also a few shops that sell trekking supplies and one that sells souvenirs. Spend the night in Chhomrong itself.
After breakfast in Chhomrong, start trekking towards Himalaya. This trek will take you about 5-6 hours. While descending through Chhomrong, you can get a glimpse into the local life of the Gurung tribe inhabiting this area.You will be spending the rest of the night in Himalaya, so feel free to explore it’s natural aesthetic with your crew.
After breakfast at the Annapurna Base Camp, you will start heading towards Dovan. Later on, at Dovan, you will involve yourself in Your Impact Event, an interactive closure session to discuss the trip. Exchange ideas, provide insight, and let us know how we can make an even greater impact. Spend the night here with the gang!
After breakfast at Dovan, you will start a five-hour trek to Jhinu Danda. When you reach here, you will explore various villages and terraced fields until you reach the suspension bridge over the Kimrung Khola. You will stop for lunch at a local restaurant in Kimrung Danda after which you continue the trek to Jhinu Danda. On arrival, you will have some free time to relax before your short trip downhill to the riverside hot spring. Yes, a natural hot spring! It will give you a new found freshness and energy. Stay the night in Jhinu Danda. This is your last night on the trek!
The trek from Jhinu Danda to Nayapul marks the end of your trek. Don’t worry, there is still some trekking to do! The trail goes along some captivating farmlands. You will stop for lunch in Syauli Bazar at a local restaurant followed by continuing your journey along the stone-paved trails to Nayapul. From Nayapul, you will take a private jeep to Pokhara. Make the most of it and spend the night in Pokhara! This is your last night, so gear up for the End with a bang night – You can spend the night exploring and club-hopping around the area with your gang!
Pokhara is the music centre of Nepal and hence most concerts are held here. Get grooving!
The last 14 days have been a roller coaster! You will have experienced Nepal’s culture, relished the food, conversed with locals, made a lasting impact on them and have a lot of memories to take back! However, just like all good things, this too has to come to an end. We assure you this is going to be the toughest part! Bidding goodbye to the new experiences and getting back home. Your friends and family will be waiting for you, undoubtedly jealous of your adventure!
Look forward to what the day has to offer. Enjoy the breakfast which will be provided at 8:00 AM. Freshen up, and get ready for what the world has to offer. By 9:00 A.M, join your fellow travellers for an exciting day. After a small briefing by our team, regarding the trekking activities to be done that day, you join us in this adventure of discovering Nepal’s picturesque landscape.
At noon, we make a stop for lunch and refreshments. After some rest, we continue to trek towards our final destination for the day. Be ready to be amazed by the beauty of the rustic Nepali mountains and the majestic landscapes as you continue travelling with your group.
At around 5 PM, we shall reach our overnight destination. Relax, enjoy some cool refreshments as you go on to bond with your fellow travellers and the locals. Occasionally, there shall be organized social events in the evening. Finally, to call it a day, dinner is provided. Retreat to your tree houses for the next day of your adventure awaits at sunrise.

The itinerary has been curated with the most observant prior due diligence. Any additional expenses individuals incurred during the tour are at their own discretion, such as any shopping and souvenirs they might wish to purchase, additional meals and activities not mentioned in the itinerary and of course, the booze.
For a trip of 11 days, you would be better off with a light packing. Carry comfortable footwear for the trek, and necessary equipment like warm jackets and rucksacks. You should pack some summer clothes as well. Make sure you carry the essentials- your passport, VISA, flashlights, and Nepali currency.
Oh also, leave some room in your suitcases. You never know what you might like to buy here!
